National Science Labs provides peptides for research purposes only, to laboratory researchers and qualified individual researchers for use in research settings.

Unopened returns

If an item is unopened and untampered, ship it back to the return address on the label:

Send us the tracking number when you ship. When we receive the unopened, untampered return, we issue a full refund to the original payment method. Banks may take 5–10 business days to post it.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us. Approved claims may receive a replacement or a refund to the original payment method after we receive and inspect any required return. We do not offer exchanges.

Opened or used items

We do not offer a refund on opened or used items. Damaged, defective, or incorrect claims are still reviewed as above.

How to start a return or claim

Email [email protected] with your order number. For unopened returns, include the tracking number. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, include a short description and clear photos of the product and packaging. If a physical return is required, we will send return instructions.

Cancellations

You may ask to cancel before shipment. Cancellation is not guaranteed once processing has started. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled; use the unopened-return path above if the item is unopened and untampered.
